DeskDraft is designed to plan a classroom without creating an account or uploading student information.
Student data
Names, room layouts, seating rules, drafts, and pinned placements are processed in your browser. DeskDraft does not transmit this information to its operator.
The current project is saved in browser localStorage so it survives a refresh.
Files
CSV roster imports and DeskDraft project backups are read locally. Seating CSV files and printed PDFs are generated locally.
Files are not uploaded by DeskDraft.
Pro purchases
If Pro sales are configured, the purchase button opens an external checkout provider. That provider handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
DeskDraft normalizes and hashes the license code on your device. The code is not submitted to DeskDraft.
External requests
DeskDraft loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive ordinary request metadata such as an IP address and browser user agent, but no roster or seating data is included in those requests.
DeskDraft includes no analytics, advertising trackers, or account service.
Delete or retain
Use New project to replace the current saved plan. Clearing this site's browser data removes the saved project and local Pro unlock.
Download a project backup first if you want to retain a copy.
